I tend to suffer more from low blood pressure than high. I have Congenital hypothyroidism. (Underactive thyroid).

How long have you had Hypothyroidism, and how long have you been on Levothyroxine, if that is what you are on?

16yrs of hypothyroidism and levothyroxine. 100mcg.

I started on 50mg as a young child, then went from 175mg to 125mg.

It’s a lifelong problem and it plays havoc with so many things.

It’s thrown me a few curve balls, but I am managing 8t better with Reiki and regular TFT, Thyroid function blood tests referred by my GP.
