Enlightenment

He sat still

with his eyes closed

under the tree

deep in the forest

with a bovine calm

soaking the euphonious sounds

of nature around

and multitudinous thoughts

percolated in his mind

before coming to a complete stop

then he got up

with a beatific smile on his face.
