I think in youth it’s a time to get to know and have an intimate and committed relationship with ourselves, taking the time get to know and love ourselves and that makes all the difference when we settle down into a long-term committed relationship someone else.😉😊🤗💞
only when love is given in return is there security, otherwise it does limit us, we are boxed in a cycle of uncertainties, your wisdom I respect so much
A conundrum, I am sure. But I suppose, in a way, we never know until we learn to love our own self and find meaning in being that person before we can truly understand what love means with another person
We were brought up to love others and not the self. Now that we are learning to accept and love self, loving others completely assumes a new meaning and dimension.
Thanks for reading, Stephen.
Makes me ponder..

Exactly! We don’t just want love, we want compatibility, understanding and so on and so forth.

Good question. I know I could commit to one.

I am committed to one but the young daughter of a friend today asked why do we make such a song and dance about commitment! Thanks for reading.

Some crave the attention of too many to ever give in to settling for a single love. Great questions, Punam.
