When that sepia-toned
photograph of yesteryears
fell from the moth-eaten diary
of my impetuous youth
the dampness on my cheeks
reminded me of the promise
I had made then.
I am now on a quest
looking for suitable colours
to fill in this tattered photo
to keep old memories fresh
because forgetting is not an option.
Good one 😊

Yes, Gina. Some memories are strong and it would be crime to let them fade away. Thank you so much.

Thanks a lot, Irma. We have to find ways to keep those memories alive by maybe recreating them!
