As the sun goes down the horizon
Luna yawns and fumbles
Emerging from behind a curtain of clouds
Rubbing her eyes,
she shoos them away to claim the night
Rearranging the darkness to amplify her glow
The orris orb owns the sky now
Her limpid, luminous light
Shimmering with a gleam of platinum
Magical, misty and mercurial
She stretches delicately
Extending fingers of moonbeam
Sprinkling her fairy dust
Calling young lovers nigh
Her silver tendrils entwining their souls
Watching tenderly her masterpiece of amour
She winks at her twinkling comrades
Then retires to cede place to the sun.
Stunning imagery Punam. Really quite beautiful ππ

Kate!! Genius, me?? Lol.
Looking at how fast you can write a piece, I will have to set up a tough challenge. What say?

I certainly don’t have your flair with prompts … so within my range of capability π

Rearranging the darkness to amplify her glow – this is the most lovely line Punam!! like lifting her skirts before she sits in a perfect pose – just lovely!!
